Registration Information
2012-2013 School Year Registration will be held on Saturday, February 25 at Indianola Preschool. Registrations will not be accepted prior to February 25th.

After printing the form above, fill it out and bring it with you to registration. Forms will also be available on registration day at IPS. If you have a child you would like to enroll please come to Indianola Preschool at the appropriate time listed below:
Timeframe: Registration Open For
8:00 - 8:45 a.m. Families with students currently enrolled at IPS
9:00 - 9:30 a.m. Alumni - Families who've had children at IPS during the last 3 years
9:30 - 10:15 a.m. New families
Important Registration Details:
As a way to improve the enrollment process, this year during the registration process parents will rank their preferences for the following: 1) morning or afternoon classes 2) number of days attending each week 3) year round or traditional calendar. Parents will be notified of their child's class assignment in early spring.
A completed Registration Form and FULL payment of registration fees (and any outstanding balances due) must be received at the time of registration in order to reserve your child's spot. Please come prepared with a check or cash!
Registrations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis according to the times listed above.
A parent or family member must register their child at the preschool. Registrations will not be accepted by friends.
Registrations will continue to be accepted after February 25th, to fill any remaining openings.
Please enter through the classroom door on the east side of the building.
Fees due at Registration (all non-refundable): 1. $45 Registration Fee 2. One Month's Tuition (applied to May 2013 tuition)
*Tuition scholarships may be available through 4 R Kids Early Childhood Iowa.
*If a class does not have sufficient registration, the class will be terminated.

ENROLLMENT FORMS If your child will be attending IPS for the 2012-2013 school year, please print the necessary paperwork to complete your child's preschool file.

4. Child Health Exam Form - (Health forms need to be fully completed and current. Health forms are only valid for one year. If your child's health form expires during the school year, a new one will be required.)

*We also need to have a valid Iowa Certificate of Immunization form. This can be obtained by contacting your doctor's office.
All forms are to be completed by July 1, 2012.
