After your registration form is approved, you will receive an invoice from Brightwheel for the fees. Please allow 24 hours for us to approve the form and send an invoice. Payment can be made directly online through Brightwheel, or by check to our drop box, and must be paid within 72 hours to reserve your child's spot.

Tips for Registering on Brightwheel:
-Double-check the student name; often, auto-filling the form will change the student name back to the parent name
- Be ready with the following information- student name and birthdate, parents' names and contact information, and class choice.
-Complete another form for child care. At this time, we are doing separate forms for Child Care and Preschool, as not all families need additional care throughout the day. Child care fees are due to hold your child's spot and will be applied to your last child care invoice in May.
-Send us a message if you have a question! We respond to emails and Brightwheel messages within 24 hours, but often sooner.

Fees due at Registration (all non-refundable):
$100 Registration Fee- NON-REFUNDABLE
$100 Material Fee- NON-REFUNDABLE
$75 Child Care Registration Fee (only if needed)- NON-REFUNDABLE

Parents will be notified of their child's class assignment in early March.

*Tuition scholarships may be available through 4 R Kids Early Childhood Iowa. For more information, contact Val Cameron, Preschool Enrichment Coordinator, at 961-6237.

ENROLLMENT
If your child will be attending IPS for the 2026-2027 school year, please wait to complete the enrollment paperwork for your child's preschool file. A link will be sent to complete this online via Brightwheel after class lists are determined in mid-March.
Please plan to complete and return health forms by July 1, 2026.

Immunization Form (Obtained from Physician or Public Health)

Health forms need to be fully completed and current. Health forms are only valid for one year. If your child's health form expires during the school year, a new one will be required. All health forms need to be uploaded as one document on Brightwheel.

All forms are to be completed by July 1, 2026!
Parents will be able to upload their child's enrollment forms and update contact information on Brightwheel.
